System Components

Our products form the basis for reliable monitoring systems in cleanrooms and controlled environments. We do not offer off-the-shelf devices, but rather modular components that can be combined to create a holistic monitoring solution. All products are coordinated, expandable, and designed for use in ongoing operations.

Our monitoring solutions are based on wireless LoRaWAN communication. This allows monitoring systems to be installed flexibly, easily expanded, and operated reliably – even in existing cleanrooms. Individual components can be added or replaced as needed, for example, as part of expansions or as replacements.

Sensors and Hardware

Our sensors cover all relevant measurement parameters for cleanroom monitoring. The sensors can be used both as part of a complete monitoring system and individually, for example, as replacement components.

If required, sensor housings can be adapted to customer-specific cleanroom requirements, for example, in special installation situations or structural boundary conditions.

Gateways and Communication

For data transmission, we rely on LoRaWAN. The sensors communicate wirelessly with central gateways, which record the measurement data and forward it to the monitoring software. This reduces installation effort, simplifies retrofits, and enables flexible placement of the sensors.

Software and Visualization

Our monitoring software clearly displays all measurement data and supports the daily operation of the monitoring systems. It enables the evaluation, monitoring, and alarming of relevant parameters and can be adapted to customer-specific requirements within the scope of technical possibilities.

System Solutions and Integration

Our products are part of a holistic monitoring solution. Hardware, software, and communication interlock and can be expanded modularly. The monitoring systems can be integrated into existing IT environments and support data communication with building management systems. Visualization of monitoring data via the building management system is also possible.
