Implementation and Installation
How complex is the installation of a monitoring system?
The effort depends on the specific requirements and the environment. In many cases, a monitoring system can be integrated with reasonable effort, as the components have a modular design. The goal is always the simplest and cleanest implementation possible, tailored to the existing infrastructure.
Does the cleanroom have to be shut down for installation?
As a rule, a complete shutdown is not necessary. Installation can often take place during ongoing operations or within planned time windows. We coordinate the details with our customers on a project-by-project basis to keep disruptions to a minimum.
Can a monitoring system also be integrated retrospectively?
Yes, monitoring systems can be integrated into both new and existing cleanrooms and controlled environments. Retrofitting is often possible without problems and can be flexibly adapted to existing conditions.
How are alarms triggered and forwarded?
Limit values can be defined for relevant parameters. If these are exceeded, the monitoring system automatically triggers alarms. The type of alarm is determined individually, for example via visual displays or software-based notifications.
What happens if limit values are exceeded?
If a limit value is exceeded, the status is documented and an alarm is triggered. This allows those responsible to react promptly and initiate appropriate measures. Data analysis also helps to understand causes and avoid future deviations.
Daily Operation
Who works with the monitoring system on a daily basis?
The monitoring system is usually used by operators in production, quality assurance or engineering. The operation is designed so that relevant information is clearly displayed and easily accessible.
Do employees need to be trained?
Yes, training is useful and part of our services. This ensures that users understand the monitoring system, use it correctly and can handle it safely in everyday operations.
How often do sensors need to be serviced or calibrated?
Maintenance and calibration are carried out at fixed intervals, depending on the sensor technology, area of application and requirements. The corresponding measures are regulated within the framework of a maintenance contract.
What happens if a sensor fails?
If a sensor fails, it can be replaced. Regular maintenance and monitoring allow failures to be detected early and unplanned interruptions to be minimized.
Service and Collaboration
Do you offer maintenance and service?
Yes, we support our customers even after commissioning. Our service includes maintenance, calibration, component replacement and technical support during ongoing operation.
Are there maintenance contracts?
Yes, maintenance contracts form the basis for regular maintenance and reliable operation of the monitoring systems. Scope and content are individually agreed upon.
Do you provide support even after commissioning?
Yes, we are available to our customers as a contact person even after handover. The goal is a long-term cooperation and stable operation of the monitoring solution.
Can monitoring systems be expanded or adapted later?
Monitoring systems have a modular design and can be expanded or adapted as required, for example by adding sensors or new measuring points. Adjustments are made according to the respective requirements.
Standards, Data and Security
Does a monitoring system support standard-compliant operation?
A monitoring system supports compliance with defined requirements by continuously monitoring and documenting relevant environmental parameters. The specific design is tailored to the respective framework conditions.
Can monitoring data be used for audits?
Yes, the collected data can serve as a basis for audits, inspections and internal verifications. The data is documented in a traceable and evaluable manner.
How are sensitive data handled?
The responsible handling of sensitive data is a high priority for us. Access to data is controlled, and information is handled according to the agreed requirements.
